Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown was quite pleasant overall. The hotel staff truly shines, providing warm hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. However, I did find the sliding bathroom door a bit annoying and the parking situation could be improved.
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access the Mayo Clinic and numerous dining options nearby. The cleanliness of the room was a highlight, though I struggled with the road noise from the street outside. While the breakfast was good, I found the parking fee a bit high for the area.
I had an overall pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, but there were a few hiccups. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when my husband and I needed breakfast after hours. However, parking was a bit of a challenge, and I found the noise from traffic outside my room to be bothersome. Overall, it's a nice place, but some elements could use a bit of improvement. 😊
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown was fine overall. The friendly staff and convenient location near the Mayo Clinic were highlights, but the cleanliness and parking left much to be desired. While I appreciated some of the amenities, like the complimentary coffee and fruit in the lobby, the overall experience felt a bit lackluster.
My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown had its ups and downs. The location is spot-on, close to the Mayo Clinic and lots of cool spots, making it super convenient. However, I was not thrilled with the rather lukewarm welcome and some underwhelming service from the staff, which made things a bit awkward. On the flip side, the breakfast was excellent and the valet service was handy when it worked as expected.
